When you submit a booking for an on-the-spot repair (screen or battery replacement), Cybrix Electronics will purchase the specific part required for your device in advance of your appointment. This ensures the part is available and ready when you arrive.
By confirming a booking you acknowledge that a part will be ordered specifically for your device model and that you are committed to attending your appointment.
We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
You are responsible for providing the correct and complete device model during booking. Cybrix Electronics sources parts based on the model you specify. If the model provided is incorrect and an incompatible part is ordered, additional charges or delays may result. If you are unsure of your exact model, please contact us before booking.
All repair work carried out by Cybrix Electronics is covered by a 90-day warranty against defects in parts and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by subsequent physical impact, liquid ingress, or unauthorised repairs after our service.
Your personal information (name, email, phone number) is collected solely for the purpose of managing your booking and communicating appointment details. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. For full details, refer to our Privacy Policy or contact us directly.
Cybrix Electronics takes all reasonable precautions when handling your device. We are not liable for pre-existing faults or damage discovered during repair, loss of data (please back up your device before dropping off), or delays caused by part availability beyond our control.
